#JuneFalls Poetry Challenge Day 10: [golden black]

The Man with the Golden Smile (Original Poetry)

There he stood with a golden smile
Dressed in black from head to toe.
And so they all looked up to him
Like a king, could do no wrong.
But soon enough his thrown came down,
His great facade was broken.
Therefore beware of the unseen,
For damage may lie beneath.
